Passed State Inspection

The system passed inspection. I don't know when or how (or at least I didn't until I finally read this proclamation from the inspector a few minutes ago). So now that I have successfully begged for that, I will now turn my attention to begging NJCEP for a state certification number so we can start generating and selling SRECs.

Forgive me if I'm not jumping up and down and clicking my heels. Somehow it just doesn't seem like a great victory.
