What Will Irene Do to Us?

I can't lie, I'm pretty nervous about what might happen to our 48 panels tonight. We're right in the path of Irene's hurricane strength winds...

How did you get on?!

I've just come across your blog because I work in the solar industry (I have a blog at http://www.talksolarpanels.co.uk/blog), could I write a guest blog post for you? I used to work in the sales department speaking to customers, so I'd suggest "Top 10 Solar Concerns" - to discuss what people are usually unsure about with solar panels. If so, my email address is jamesREMOVETHIS@comparecompanies.co.uk.

Best wishes,
James

If you decide to have your solar panels professionally installed don’t just pick a contractor out of the phonebook. You are hiring someone to install some pretty pricey equipment so it’s in your best interest to make sure they know what they’re doing.

Solar energy is the best way of money saving. Solar panels are highly efficient, and by keeping a few considerations in mind it should be possible to choose solar panels that are perfect for you.

Hi James,

Funny, I guess I'm too American. It took me a while to figure out what you meant by "How did you get on?!"

The storm actually got a lot weaker by the time it hit New Jersey. It really never got blowing the way they were saying it would. We had no damage at all.

I'd love to have a guest blog from you, anytime.
